Hardware Setup  / CSH-Holder for curved samples

The Curved Sample Holder (CSH) is the ideal accessory to measure fast and reliable on curved samples like glass lenses or spectacles. The sample surface is only contacted by a rubber ring to assure no damage and constant distance between fiber probe and sample surface. In cases of non contact requirements the use of a microscope is recommended (see microscope setup).

The CSH also allows to place the fiber probe to any place of e.g. large samples like window glass for quick and easy process control or testing. For such applications also fiber length of 10m or more are available.
